Job Summary

Navera Builders Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman/Draftswoman to join our Design & Engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural and engineering drawings for high-rise residential and commercial building projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and coordination with site and design teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections and site plans using AutoCAD.
- Develop and revise architectural, structural and engineering drawings as required.
- Prepare working drawings and detailed construction drawings for high-rise building projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, quantity surveyors and site engineers.
- Incorporate revisions based on client requirements, design changes and site conditions.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, dimensions and relevant standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings.




- Assist in preparing as-built drawings and other project-related technical documents.
- Verify measurements and drawing accuracy before submission.
- Support the project team in resolving drawing-related issues at the construction site.

Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering, Architectural Drafting or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction or building projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D is essential.
- Knowledge of architectural and structural drawings.
- Understanding of building plans, elevations, sections and construction details.
- Good attention to detail, time management and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of high-rise building projects will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate
- Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Willing to coordinate with office and site teams.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
