Role Description The AutoCAD Drafter will be responsible for preparing precise technical, architectural, and shop drawings in AutoCAD for real estate and infrastructure projects. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting design concepts and sketches, developing detailed plans and sections, updating drawings based on review comments,



and ensuring consistency with company standards and project specifications.

The role involves close collaboration with architects, engineers, and project managers to coordinate design information and resolve drawing-related queries. The AutoCAD Drafter will maintain organized drawing files and documentation to support timely project delivery. This is a part-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Drawing and general Drawing for built environment projects.
- Candidates should possess experience creating precise Architectural Drawings aligned with design and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess the ability to produce accurate Shop Drawings that support construction and fabrication processes.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Architecture principles to interpret and translate design intent into detailed drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D, basic 3D) and familiarity with other drafting or BIM tools (e.g., Revit) is beneficial.
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field from a recognized institution is preferred.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow standards, and strong organization skills for managing multiple drawings and revisions.
- Experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects and knowledge of relevant codes and regulations is an advantage.
