Role Overview

We are hiring an AutoCAD Designer with a Civil Engineering background to join our factory production team. You will bridge the gap between interior concepts and manufacturing by turning site measurements and civil layouts into exact shop drawings, cutting lists, and production-ready blueprints for home interiors.

Key Responsibilities

- Drafting & Detailing: Create detailed 2D/3D shop drawings, section views, and elevations for custom and modular interior components (kitchens, wardrobes, wall panels).
- BOM & Cutting Lists: Prepare accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) and material cutting lists to optimize factory material usage.
- Factory Support: Work directly on the factory floor with production supervisors and CNC operators to resolve technical queries and ensure manufacturing accuracy.




- Civil Alignment: Review site civil plans, plumbing/electrical routing, and wall tolerances to ensure designs fit site conditions seamlessly.

Requirements

- Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or Civil Drafting).
- Experience: 1–3+ years, Freshers in AutoCAD drafting (experience in home interiors, modular furniture, or manufacturing is a plus).
- Software: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D (3ds Max, SketchUp, or production optimization software is a bonus).
- Skills: Strong understanding of civil layouts, material specs (plywood, laminates, hardware), and high attention to detail.
