About the Role

Four Corners Technologies (4CT) is looking for a skilled AutoCAD Designer to prepare technical drawings, layouts and design documentation for Audio-Visual (AV), IT Infrastructure, IoT and Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) projects.

The ideal candidate should have robust AutoCAD drafting skills, an understanding of building technology systems and the ability to convert design concepts, BOQs and technical inputs into accurate, coordinated engineering drawings.

The candidate will work closely with consultants, design engineers, project managers and execution teams to develop drawings for corporate offices, commercial buildings, campuses, experience centres and smart building projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for AV, IT, IoT, IBMS and ELV systems.
- Develop equipment layouts, device layouts, installation drawings and coordination drawings.
- Prepare AV layouts showing displays, projectors, LED walls, speakers, microphones, cameras, control systems and related equipment.
- Prepare IT infrastructure drawings, including network points, Wi-Fi access points, racks, server rooms, data outlets and structured cabling.
- Develop IoT sensor layouts for occupancy monitoring, people counting, meeting room monitoring, parking and indoor air quality monitoring.
- Prepare IBMS/BMS drawings covering field devices, sensors, controllers, control panels and system integration interfaces.
- Develop floor plans, reflected ceiling plans (RCPs), equipment locations, cable routing and containment layouts as required.
- Prepare schematic diagrams, system architecture diagrams, rack elevations, single-line diagrams and connectivity drawings, where applicable.
- Incorporate design mark-ups, consultant comments and client feedback into drawings.
- Coordinate with MEP, electrical, HVAC,



interior design and other technology teams to avoid drawing conflicts.
- Review site conditions and update drawings based on actual site requirements.
- Prepare drawing registers, drawing revisions, as-built drawings and final handover documentation.
- Maintain drawing accuracy, layer standards, dimensions, legends, symbols and title blocks.
- Support the project team during design reviews, BOQ preparation, installation and project execution.

Technical Scope 1. Audio-Visual (AV) Systems

- Conference and meeting room AV layouts
- Displays, projectors and LED video walls
- Speakers, microphones and audio systems
- Video conferencing and collaboration systems
- AV equipment racks, control systems and signal connectivity
- Cable routing and AV system schematics

2. IT Infrastructure

- LAN and structured cabling layouts
- Network points, Wi-Fi access points and data outlets
- Server rooms, network racks and rack elevations
- Cable pathways, containment and connectivity
- IT infrastructure coordination drawings

3. IoT & Smart Building Systems

- Workspace and meeting room occupancy sensors
- People-counting devices and parking sensors
- IAQ and environmental monitoring sensors
- IoT gateways and device placement
- Sensor coverage and installation layouts

4. IBMS / BMS / ELV Systems

- BMS field device and sensor layouts
- DDC controller and control panel locations
- HVAC monitoring and control interfaces
- Lighting management system layouts
- System integration and interface drawings
- ELV system coordination drawings

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, Instrumentation or a relevant technical discipline.



Candidates with a relevant technical drafting qualification may also apply.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in AutoCAD drafting and technical design.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.
- Experience preparing technical drawings for AV, IT, ELV, IBMS, BMS or MEP systems.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural floor plans, reflected ceiling plans and engineering drawings.
- Understanding of symbols, layers, dimensions, scales, legends and drawing standards.
- Ability to understand equipment layouts, cable routing, device locations and system connectivity.
- Good coordination, communication and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple drawings and revisions.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with AV integrators, ELV contractors, MEP consultants or smart building technology companies.
- Knowledge of Revit, BIM or other design tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AV, IT and IBMS equipment specifications and technical submittals.
- Experience preparing shop drawings, construction drawings, coordinated drawings and as-built drawings.
- Basic understanding of BOQs, equipment schedules and technical documentation.
