Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct RCMbased audits and control testing.
- Validate compliance with internal policies and RBI/statutory norms.
- Assess control design, operating effectiveness, and identify gaps.
- Review retail loan processes at loan, portoflio, and system levels.
- Prepare audit documentation, observations, and draft reports.
- Support rootcause analysis and followup on audit issue closure.
- Assist in thematic and processbased audit reviews.
