Role Description The Audit Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.

The Audit

Manager will lead and manage audit engagements, including planning, risk assessment, execution of fieldwork, review of working papers, and preparation of audit reports. Daily responsibilities include supervising audit teams, reviewing financial statements, assessing internal controls, identifying process improvements, and ensuring adherence to auditing standards and regulatory requirements.



The role involves close collaboration with clients to understand business processes, resolve audit findings, and provide practical recommendations.

The Audit

Manager will also support training and development of team members and contribute to strengthening audit methodologies and best practices within the firm.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Accounting and Finance skills, with a solid understanding of Financial Statements.
- Candidates should possess experience in conducting Financial Audits and applying Analytical Skills to evaluate business and financial risks.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Candidates should possess robust organizational and project management skills to handle multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
- Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, or equivalent, along with relevant experience in audit and assurance, are highly beneficial.
- Candidates should possess up-to-date knowledge of applicable accounting standards, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
