Hiring: Manager Internal Audit
Experience: 8–12 Years
Qualification: B.Com, M.Com & CA
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead internal, process, and risk-based audits.
- Evaluate internal controls and ensure compliance with IFC/SOX and company policies.
- Conduct audits across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Inventory, and CAPEX.
- Identify risks, control gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
- Utilize SAP and audit analytics for risk assessment and process improvement.
- Prepare audit reports and monitor closure of audit findings.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Compliance.
- Manufacturing industry exposure preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP, Excel, and audit analytics tools.
- Robust analytical and stakeholder management skills.
