Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular physical stock audits of fabrics, garments, raw materials, accessories, and finished products.
- Verify physical stock against system records, stock registers, and production records.
- Identify stock shortages, excess stock, damages, and discrepancies.
- Audit the movement of materials from purchase → production → finishing → warehouse/showroom.
- Check material consumption against production requirements and records.
- Verify inward and outward stock transactions and supporting documents.
- Monitor wastage, production loss, and material usage.
- Coordinate with the Production, Purchase, Warehouse, Accounts, and Showroom teams to resolve stock differences.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock audit and discrepancy reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and control of stock movements.
- Conduct surprise stock checks when required.
- Highlight irregularities or stock-related issues to management.




- Follow up on corrective actions and ensure discrepancies are resolved.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in stock audit, inventory control, production audit, or warehouse operations.
- Experience in textile, garment, or retail showroom is preferred.
- Good knowledge of stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and inventory/ERP software.
- Good understanding of textile materials, production processes, and stock movement.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and conduct physical stock verification.

Salary ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
