Location: Ludhiana

Salary: ₹50,000–₹60,000 per month

Qualification: MBA (HR), B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification

Experience: 10–12 years in an industrial environment

Job Requirements

Solid knowledge of personnel management and HR operations.

Experience in employee relations, attendance, payroll, and statutory compliance.

Ability to handle HR policies, disciplinary matters, and labour-related issues.

Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.

Prior experience in an industrial setup is essential.
