We are looking for a performance-driven digital marketer to support and execute paid marketing campaigns for our real estate projects.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta & YouTube
- Generate quality leads and improve CPL & CPQL
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets and conversions
- Manage remarketing, audience targeting & A/B testing
- Track leads through CRM and digital analytics
- Prepare campaign reports and identify optimization opportunities
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Creative & Marketing teams
- Support landing-page and creative performance optimization

✅ You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have 3–5 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience
- Have robust knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Have experience in Real Estate / Lead Generation / High-ticket products
- Are comfortable with GA4, GTM, CRM & campaign analytics
- Have a strong analytical and result-oriented approach
