Roles And Responsibilities

- Supervise daily knitting production and ensure achievement of production targets.
- Monitor machine performance, utilization, efficiency, and preventive maintenance.
- Identify and troubleshoot knitting-related technical issues and fabric defects.
- Ensure fabric quality according to buyer specifications and approved standards.
- Monitor GSM, loop length, yarn consumption, fabric construction, and production efficiency.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Dyeing departments.
- Develop corrective and preventive actions to minimize fabric defects and production losses.
- Control yarn wastage, machine downtime, and operational costs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and technical performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety, and operational procedures.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the technical team.

Academic Qualifications

- HSC
- Concentration/Major: HSC or Diploma in Textile

- Additional Requirements
- Robust technical knowledge of knitting machines, yarn properties, and fabric construction.

- Good computer skills and production reporting knowledge.
