"Asst. Manager – Demand & Supply Planner"

ROLE FOCUS: DEMAND & SUPPLY PLANNING

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain demand forecasts across GT, MT, D2C & B2B channels.
- Analyze sales trends, historical data, market inputs and forecast accuracy to improve demand planning.
- Translate demand forecasts into production, procurement and supply plans.
- Align demand and supply through effective Demand-Supply Planning / S&OP.;
- Plan inventory, replenishment and material requirements to ensure product availability.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Procurement and Logistics teams to balance demand, capacity and supply.
- Monitor forecast accuracy, inventory levels, service levels and supply gaps.
- Utilize MRP and ERP systems to optimize planning and working capital.

CANDIDATE PORTFOLIO




- Min 8+ years of experience in Demand Planning / Supply Planning within the FMCG industry.
- Solid expertise in demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization and production planning.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA / Oracle NetSuite / Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Graduate in Engineering or Supply Chain; MBA in Operations preferred.
- FMCG industry experience is essential; Spices / Snacks or Beverages experience will be an advantage.
