Role & Responsibilities

- Develop foundational knowledge and practical skills in VLSI and semiconductor engineering.

- Work on technical assignments and projects related to RTL Design, Design Verification, Physical Design or other relevant VLSI domains, depending on the assigned role.

- Apply digital electronics, logic design and semiconductor fundamentals to solve technical problems.

- Participate in technical assessments, practical exercises and project-based learning activities.

- Collaborate with technical mentors and engineering teams to enhance technical competency.

- Continuously improve technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to meet industry requirements.

- Training will be provided and must be undergone by candidates who do not possess the required skills for the role.

- Progress towards assigned engineering responsibilities based on technical competency and performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech graduates / M.E./M.Tech postgraduates in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE),



Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering (EIE), VLSI or related disciplines.

- Freshers and aspiring VLSI professionals with 03 years of experience.

- Basic knowledge of digital electronics, logic design and semiconductor fundamentals is preferred.

- Familiarity with Verilog, SystemVerilog, RTL Design, Design Verification or Physical Design is an added advantage.

- Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.

- Willingness to learn new technologies and undergo the required technical training.

- Positive communication skills, adaptability and a positive learning attitude.

- Candidates without the required technical skills must be willing to undergo the necessary training to meet the role requirements.

- Passion for building a long-term career in the semiconductor and VLSI industry.
