Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Performance Testing Architect with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing, specifically using Blazemeter, and will be responsible for designing and implementing performance testing strategies to ensure the reliability and scalability of our applications.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement performance testing strategies using Blazemeter.
- Analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights to development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
- Develop and maintain performance testing documentation and best practices.
- Utilize Splunk for monitoring and analyzing application performance metrics.




- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on performance-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in performance testing.

Mandatory Skills

- Proven experience with Blazemeter for performance testing.
- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools.
- Experience with Splunk for performance monitoring and analysis.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with other performance testing tools.
- Knowledge of application architecture and design principles.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in performance testing.
