Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Software Testing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in software testing methodologies and possess expertise in Pega Selenium. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and performance of our software applications.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute test cases for software applications.
- Utilize Pega and Selenium for automated testing processes.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on software functionality.
- Participate in test planning and strategy discussions.
- Perform regression testing and ensure software quality standards are met.




- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong knowledge of Pega.
- Proficiency in Selenium for automated testing.
- Basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Ability to analyze requirements and create test cases.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with other testing tools and frameworks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant internships or project experience in software testing is a plus.
