Core Skills: Must have

- Must have experience in handling production support incidents of enterprise applications platforms
- Experience in Mainframe, Cobol, Java or C++ Application support is an advantage
- Support production deployments and upgrades. Coordinate major minor installation, upgrade, and patch management.
- Ability to follow the SOPs and fix the incidents of various applications.
- Experience in using monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana
- Code deployments and trouble shooting of applications in all environments
- Need to be flexible to work in shifts and on-call support during weekends.
- Coordinate and support all system operations, installation, configuration, continuous integration.
- Work closely with Infrastructure, Platform and Application teams to keep services up and available as per SLAs.
- Should be capable of identifying discrepancies in SOPs and the same with L2 & L3 engineers for corrections.
- Versatile to work on 24*7 support

Additional Skills : Good to have
- Python, PowerShell, Linux shell scripting
- Experience in using ServiceNow ticketing system
