Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced skilled to manage and optimise EV mobility and logistics operations, ensuring efficient fleet utilisation, operational excellence, cost optimisation, and high service quality.

Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Manage end-to-end EV fleet, mobility, and logistics operations, ensuring optimal fleet utilisation, vehicle availability, and operational uptime.

⁠ ⁠Optimise route planning, vehicle deployment, payload utilisation, and turnaround time to improve operational efficiency.

⁠ ⁠Ensure the availability and efficient functioning of EV charging infrastructure across all operational locations.

⁠ ⁠Implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to minimise vehicle downtime, breakdowns, and maintenance costs.

⁠ ⁠Monitor operational KPIs, customer SLAs, fleet productivity, service quality, and route-level profitability.

⁠ ⁠Control operational expenses by optimising cost per kilometre, energy consumption, and maintenance costs.

⁠ ⁠Lead and manage drivers and operations teams, including recruitment, training, productivity, safety, and performance management.

⁠ ⁠Utilise telematics and fleet management systems to monitor vehicle performance, battery health, energy consumption, and operational efficiency.

⁠ ⁠Coordinate with OEMs, charging infrastructure providers, maintenance partners, vendors, customers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.





⁠ ⁠Resolve operational issues and customer escalations while ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and contractual SLAs.

⁠ ⁠Develop and standardise operational processes to support fleet expansion, new customer onboarding, and geographical growth.

⁠ ⁠Prepare operational reports, analyse performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to management.

Mandatory Experience & Qualifications

⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.⁠

⁠ ⁠6–8 years of relevant experience in operations management, fleet management, mobility, or logistics.

⁠ ⁠Prior hands-on experience in the EV sector is mandatory, preferably in electric truck fleet operations or commercial EV mobility.

⁠ ⁠Proven experience in fleet utilisation, vehicle uptime, charging operations, maintenance coordination, and logistics planning.

⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of operational KPIs, customer SLAs, cost per kilometre, fleet economics, and performance reporting.

⁠ ⁠Demonstrated expertise in team leadership, vendor management, stakeholder coordination, and process optimisation.

⁠ ⁠Proficiency in fleet management systems, telematics, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
