Experience: 2-4 years

- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.

- Support the day-to-day operation of the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networks.

- Assist in troubleshooting issues related to servers, networks, and applications.

- Help with system backups, software updates, and patch management.

- Provide support for users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

- Collaborate with senior system administrators and other IT staff on projects and initiatives.

- Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and technical specifications.

- Assist in the administration of cloud-based services and virtualized environments (e.g., Hyper-V).

- Hands-on experience with G-suite,o365.





- Participate in IT asset management and inventory control.

- Assist with setting up and configuring current workstations, servers, and networking devices.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the IT department or senior system administrators.

- Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux/ubuntu-based systems.

- Basic knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).

- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy.

- Basic understanding of virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, or similar).

- Experience with backup and recovery tools and strategies.

- Understanding of IT security principles, such as firewalls, anti-virus software, and patch management.
