Role Overview

- We are looking for a dynamic and analytical finance professional to join our Finance Desk team as a Senior Associate.

- The ideal candidate should have strong financial acumen, hands-on experience in financial and data analysis, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders.

- This role requires a business-oriented mindset with the capability to translate financial data into meaningful insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support the IS financials function, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis.

- Perform financial and data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights.

- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and business stakeholders.

- Partner with business teams to understand operational requirements and provide financial support for decision-making.

- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations based on data-driven insights.

- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data used for reporting and analysis.





- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and financial objectives.

- Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting, analysis, and operational efficiency.

- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted finance partner to the business

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.

- 4+ years of relevant experience in finance, business finance, or commercial finance.

- Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.

- Proven experience in financial analysis and data analysis using advanced Microsoft Excel.

- Experience working closely with business teams and supporting business decision-making.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
