Job Title : Associate - Supply Chain Management To support respective category manager for carrying put day to day procure to pay transactional activities and achieve cost saving by using various tactical & strategic tools.

The principal accountabilities of a SCM Associate

1. Supplier Management: Researching, evaluating, and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
2. Process and Product knowledge: Should possess knowledge for casting product and its process.
3. Negotiation: Securing favorable terms and conditions for pricing, delivery, and contracts by leveraging digital & statistical tool
4. Order Processing: Creating and managing purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services
5. Processing PO/POAM- Ensuring on-time PO placement / PO rate amendments with due compliances/ approvals in line with DOA
6. Digitization Ensuring suppliers are following company's digitization drive such as supplier ASN compliance, RFQ management through RFQ portal.
7. PLI Declaration -Responsible for on-time availability supplier PLI declarations as per business requirement & adherence to PLI SOP

Driving alternate material developments Responsible for alternate material development for cost saving & supply chain de-risking & effective tracking of all such projects Coordinating with suppliers & internal stakeholders such as R&D;, MPCM, plants for alternate material development projects.
9. Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with inventory control to manage supply needs
10. MIS: Preparing MIS against KPI like cost saving, DPO, GRN delay, payment delay, monthly provision, SOB adherence, supplier SOB impact analysis, supplier ratings & rating improvement, etc
11. Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed records of purchases, VPA, delivery information
12. Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams to understand their supply needs and ensure they are met
13. Analytics Import data analysis, Price Indexing, formula based pricing, zero based costing.

Stakeholder management, Time bound activities, Aligning B2B price change mechanism with OEM & supplier
