Work you'll do As a Services Associate, Firm Risk, Compliance, and Governance Services on the Purpose Investments & Ecosystems (PI&E;) team, you will be responsible for…

- Manage an assigned portfolio of sponsorships and donations through the end-to-end lifecycle, including leadership approvals, risk reviews, legal and accounts payable coordination, external stakeholder communications, contract execution, and payment processing.
- Draft agreements using approved templates; collect required documentation; and maintain Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Teams records throughout the investment lifecycle.
- Identify and implement technology and workflow improvements that support sponsorships, donations, cross-portfolio initiatives, and shared team priorities.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, best practices, guides, checklists, frequently asked questions, and lessons learned; gather team input to update materials as business needs evolve.
- Monitor and triage the shared inbox; manage Outlook templates and folder structures; administer Microsoft Teams files, naming, versioning, categorization, and permissions; and provide administrative support to other Purpose teams as needed.

The team The Purpose Investments & Ecosystems team (PI&E;)



is part of Deloitte's People & Purpose organization and focuses on stewarding Deloitte's $1.5B Social Impact Investment in collaboration with key clients / alliance partners and social/public sector partners. Location: Hyderabad Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM Qualifications Required:

- Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate degree and 2–3 years of experience supporting operational, administrative, project management, risk, or compliance processes.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or workstreams, including tracking deliverables and deadlines.
- Experience using a customer relationship management platform to maintain records, upload documents, extract data, and generate reports.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, including slicers, lookup functions, PivotTables, and macros, to analyze data and generate reports.
- Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint to create presentations, frameworks, charts, graphs, or dashboards; Microsoft Outlook to manage calendars, inboxes, meetings, distribution lists, rules, filters, tasks, flags, and .oft templates; and written reports to present findings to stakeholders.
- Experience creating and maintaining process documentation, workflows, guides, checklists, frequently asked questions, or lessons learned.
- Experience managing project financial information or supporting project pricing structures.

Preferred:
- Experience using Salesforce.
- Experience supporting sponsorships, donations, social impact investments, grants, or contract administration.
- Experience coordinating risk, legal, accounts payable, and external stakeholder processes for contract execution or payment processing.
- Experience administering shared inboxes or Microsoft Teams document libraries, including file organization, version management, and user-permission management.
- Experience working with global and virtual teams.
