Associate Program Manager Quality & Compliance
Role Purpose To build the systems, tooling and processes that allow our quality and compliance function to operate at scale — translating operational problems into clear requirements, and requirements into working solutions.
About the Role
Our compliance function reviews the conversations our teams have with students and parents before they enrol. Quality Managers run that operation. This role builds and improves the machinery behind it.
That covers four areas: the tooling the audit teams work in, the AI-assisted review we use to extend coverage, the reporting the function runs on, and the design of the processes themselves.
Work here rarely arrives as a scoped task. It usually arrives as a problem — a review process that takes too long, a report nobody can produce, a manual step that shouldn't exist. Scoping it is the first part of the job.
You'll be aligned to a set of products, working alongside the Quality Managers who run those operations, and with product, engineering, data and training teams across the organisation.
What You'll Own
- The AI audit pipeline. Keep it running end to end — every retrievable call audited the same day, and feedback reaching employees on time without flooding their inbox.
- Product and tooling. Write requirements and BRDs for audit and verification tooling. Drive them through product and engineering to release. Own rollout and adoption after launch, not just the specification.
- AI and automation. Iterate the prompts behind our AI-assisted audits. Build and maintain the evaluation sets that show whether a change actually improved accuracy. Identify manual steps in audit and verification that can be removed.
- Data and reporting. Own the requests going to the data team and the relationship behind them. Build the coverage, throughput and findings reporting the function operates on.
- Process design. Design new operating flows and redesign existing ones. Document them so they run without you.
- Problem solving.
Be the named owner for whatever is blocking the compliance operation in your area.
Must Have
- 2–4 years in program management, product operations, business analysis or process design
- Ability to write a specification a product manager or engineer can act on without a second conversation
- Comfortable working with data directly — pulling it, structuring it, building a report from it
- A track record of moving teams that don't report to you
- Evidence of finishing and handing over — documented, adopted, running without you
Good to Have
- Experience in an early-stage or 0-to-1 environment, where the brief was rarely fully defined
- Hands-on experience with LLMs beyond casual use — prompt iteration, output evaluation, or building something on top of a model
- Exposure to a quality, compliance, audit or risk workplace
- Experience in an operations-heavy business where process design directly affected throughput
Why This Role The compliance function is being built out across all three of our products.
Most of what it will run on — the tooling, the AI-assisted review, the reporting, the operating processes — is still being designed. You'd own that build for your area, working across product, engineering, data and training. It's a broad brief with real ownership, and the work is visible well beyond the function.
Work Profile
- Working Days: 5 days (Mon–Fri)
- Work Mode: Work-from-Office, Hyderabad
