Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in Current product vehicle builds in the build area/ factory and take observations and make 8D and discuss with the Module Quality team.

Present in factory to ensure the Deviation SOPs, FTRs, Product Quality affecting Work instructions, Rework procedures are followed as per instructions provided by swimlane MQs
- Performing RSA for the COP failures by participating in the testing facility analysis.
- Collecting data and providing to respective MQ MLs from factory ( Like Gaps for FA2, measurement reports compilations, factory line data collection etc)
- Present in AURIC + Hosur factory till settling down of issues and doing RSA (Root Source analysis) till SPR reaches constantly 80%. Highlighting the issues to the respective MQ’s and implementing actions given by MQ stakeholders.




- Should be able to travel and halt in AURIC factory, Hosur factory and if required for some field & supplier visits.
- Participate in all the mechanical PSS trial validations happening in factory and share the observations to MQ ML’s
- Update 8D’s for dev bugs with all the DOE’s done and trials taken place in development.

Domain skills: 8D and QC problem solving experience. Six sigma experience is additional benefit

Know how of Sheet Metal, Casting, Machining, Forging and Plastic Components manufacturing processes and additional knowledge on welding process
