This is a hands-on product role. You'll design and ship the AI skills that power Sagan Agents, working closely with the tech team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- AI and Skills Development
- Own the skills behind ZoomRx's market research project types. Design, build, and ship them in close partnership with the current Product Owners, and identify new consulting workflows to agentify.
- Hands-On Building
- Ship skills directly into the Sagan Agents platform. Work closely with the tech team to build, integrate, and maintain your part of the product.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work hand in hand with the tech team and current Product Owners to build and ship what you own, and partner with consulting leadership to align priorities and capture expertise.
- Product Ownership
- Own the market research layer of Sagan Agents, turning ZoomRx's research expertise into agent intelligence across our project types, from tracking studies to synthetic personas.
- Product Strategy
- Set the direction and roadmap for your area, deciding what gets built next based on client needs, consulting priorities, and how the agents perform.




- Quality and Evaluation
- Define what good output looks like for each project type, and hold agents to the standard clients and consulting teams expect.
- Standards and Mentorship
- Set the conventions and best practices for building agent capabilities, and guide others across the organization who contribute to them.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years in a consulting role at Consultant level or above, with experience across multiple project types.
- Advanced, hands-on AI power user who uses AI tools daily to research, analyze, write, and build, and has experience building with AI (prompting, agents, skills, or automations).
- Stays current with advances in AI, adopts new tools with sound judgment, and champions effective practices across the team.
- Comfortable with the technical tools and workflows needed to ship work into the product, with the drive to get hands-on quickly.
- Deep understanding of ZoomRx methodologies and how studies are designed, analyzed, and delivered.
- Product mindset: thinks in reusable systems rather than one-off solutions, and makes sound prioritization calls.
- Ability to make expert, implicit knowledge explicit, with explicit and precise writing.
- Strong sense of ownership. You take full accountability for outcomes, follow through without being chased, and raise problems early rather than waiting for them to escalate.
- Proven ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders across consulting, tech, and product.
