Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics using People Analytics tools such as Power BI to provide insights on employee data, attrition rates, trends, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements for reporting needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations.

- Design and implement effective HRIS systems to streamline processes, improve data quality, and reduce manual errors.

- Conduct regular audits of existing reports and dashboards to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements :

- 3-6 years of experience in an HR role with expertise in people analytics or related field.

- Solid proficiency in Data Analysis, Attrition Analysis, Trend Analysis using various software tools like Power BI etc. .

- Experience working with HRIS systems including HR Mis & Data Management Systems.
