Training Manager
What does the job entail?
Responsible for Training the employees of Bancassurance HDFC Bank Vertical for Upper assam location. Travel to Bank branches and train FLS as well as Bank staff on HDFC Life Products. Responsible for Joint call support to FLS and Induction &
- Probation clearance of recent Joiners.
Work Experience
2 to 4 years Trainer or Sales experience in BFSI/Life insurance sector.
Essential Qualification
Graduation in any discipline form a recognized university, Relevant experience is BFSI/Insurance training preferred

- Interpersonal skills, Facilitation and Presentation skills, Coaching &
