We are looking for a BPM Product Configuration Analyst with hands-on experience in TriZetto FACETS Product, Benefit, or Group Configuration.

The role involves configuring and maintaining healthcare products, groups, accounts, sub-accounts, benefit plans, eligibility rules, and related system components in FACETS. The candidate will support new group implementations, renewals, amendments, plan changes, maintenance requests, testing, production support, and configuration-related issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Group Configuration

- Configure healthcare products, groups, accounts, sub-accounts, and benefit structures in TriZetto FACETS.
- Implement new group setups, renewals, amendments, terminations, and maintenance requests.
- Configure benefit plans, accumulators, eligibility rules, and plan attributes.
- Maintain configuration components and related system parameters.
- Support implementation of current healthcare products and benefit changes.

Requirements Analysis

- Review PDRs, benefit documents, implementation guides, contracts, and business requirements.
- Analyze and interpret product and group design requirements.
- Translate approved business requirements into FACETS configuration.
- Identify requirement gaps, conflicts, and dependencies and escalate them appropriately.

Validation & Testing

- Perform unit testing of completed configurations.
- Validate configuration accuracy against source requirements.
- Support QA testing and defect resolution.
- Investigate and resolve configuration fallout and production issues.

Operational Support

- Monitor assigned configuration work queues.
- Meet defined SLA, productivity, quality, and turnaround-time requirements.
- Support implementation and deployment activities.
- Participate in issue resolution and production stabilization.

Documentation





- Maintain configuration documentation and supporting evidence.
- Update implementation logs and configuration records.
- Follow established configuration standards and procedures.
- Contribute to knowledge management repositories.

Mandatory Skills

- Hands-on experience with TriZetto FACETS Product / Benefit / Group Configuration.
- Knowledge of healthcare benefit plan and group configuration.
- Understanding of group setup and implementation processes.
- Ability to analyze benefit documents, contracts, and business requirements.
- Understanding of healthcare insurance products and benefit structures.
- Strong attention to detail and configuration accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Healthcare Domain Knowledge Experience or knowledge in one or more of the following:

Experience & Qualifications

- 3–7 years of healthcare payer configuration experience.
- Experience supporting product or group implementations.
- Hands-on experience with TriZetto FACETS configuration is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
