Role Overview

Kapitus is seeking a tech-savvy HRBP Associate to manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and exit management. The role requires a proactive HR skilled who can leverage HR technology, analytics, and process improvements to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

- Full & Final Settlement Coordination
- Employee Relations & Workforce Connects
- Employee Engagement Initiatives
- HR Operations & Compliance
- HR Reporting & Analytics
- HR Process Improvement & Automation

Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, HRBP, or HR Generalist roles
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration,



or related field
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms (GreytHR, Paycom preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
- Power BI knowledge is an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment
