? WE’RE HIRING | Founder’s Associate – Marketing & Operations

This is not a typical 9-to-5 role where you simply complete assigned tasks and log off.

As a Founder’s Associate, you’ll work directly with the founder and get hands-on exposure to clients, marketing campaigns, social media, content, shoots, operations, and business decisions.

You’ll be involved in

? Client Management – Handle client communication, briefs, follow-ups and coordination

? Social Media – Manage profiles, content calendars, scheduling and publishing

? Content – Write captions and basic copy using AI tools and sharpen content for clients

? Operations – Coordinate teams, track deliverables and make sure work moves on time

? Campaigns & Shoots – Support ad shoots, influencers and campaign execution

Who are we looking for?

✨ Curious and quick to learn

✨ Comfortable speaking with clients and handling calls

✨ Good communication and coordination skills

✨ Comfortable using AI tools

✨ Takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions

You don't need a huge portfolio or years of experience. If you've managed a page, written content, worked on a project, run a campaign, or built something on your own — we'd love to see it.

What matters most to us is attitude, curiosity, ownership and speed of learning.

What you’ll get

- Opportunity to grow with the agency
- A long-term career path
