Associate Director Python & Go

Job Summary

- 15+ years of experience in enterprise software/application development.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Python and/or Go/Golang.

- Experience developing scalable, highly available, distributed enterprise systems.

- Robust understanding of REST APIs, microservices, databases, cloud and cloud-native technologies.

- Experience across development, QA automation, CI/CD, cloud deployment, observability and production support.

- Exposure to AI/GenAI-assisted software development and automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop enterprise applications, platforms, APIs and microservices using Python/Go.

- Build scalable and reliable distributed systems and cloud-native applications.

- Develop API, integration, regression and end-to-end test automation.

- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for build, testing, security and deployment.

- Deploy and support applications across AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker and Kubernetes environments.

- Implement logging, monitoring, observability and performance optimization.

- Troubleshoot complex application, database, infrastructure and production issues.





- Drive automation and productivity improvements using AI/GenAI tools and LLM-based solutions.

- Participate in architecture, design, code reviews and technical solution development.

- Ensure security, scalability, reliability and maintainability of enterprise systems.

Technical Leadership

- Provide technical leadership across Development, QA, Cloud, DevOps and AI engineering teams.

- Lead architecture and system-design discussions for complex enterprise platforms.

- Review code, technical designs, APIs, automation frameworks and CI/CD solutions.

- Drive technical initiatives from design through production deployment.

- Mentor engineers and establish coding, testing and engineering best practices.

- Lead RCA and resolution of critical production issues.

- Identify opportunities for modernization, automation, cloud adoption and AI-assisted engineering.

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Security, Cloud and Operations teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
