E- xperience or training in Business Analysis and Business Requirements gathering to translate stakeholder needs into explicit documentation. U- nderstanding of Business Process design and improvement to help map workflows and recommend efficiencies. E- ffective Communication skills for engaging with cross-functional teams and presenting findings clearly. F- amiliarity with CRM (Salesforce, Zoho) is an advantage. P- roficiency in productivity tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and documentation tools. B- achelor's degree in, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. A- bility to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. I- nterest in learning enterprise technology solutions and growing into a senior business analyst role.
