Join our DigiNexa team as an Associate Business Consultant.

This is a client-facing role where you'll work with organizations to understand their finance, travel, expense, and HR operations, configure solutions, and help implement digital workflows that make life easier for employees, managers, finance teams, and HR departments.

What you'll work on:

Travel & Expense Management: Employee travel requests, cash advances, travel bookings, expense claims, receipt capture, approvals, reimbursements, and settlements.

Finance Operations: Expense policies, approval hierarchies, corporate spending controls, reconciliation, accounting entries, and ERP integration.

ERP Solutions: Experience with SAP Concur, Zoho Expense, Expensify, ERPNext, Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar business applications would be an advantage.

Banking & Payment Solutions: Corporate cards, prepaid cards, employee wallets, fund loading, multicurrency transactions, and bank reconciliation.

Employee Self-Service: Leave management, attendance, shift rosters, timesheets, and employee requests.

Digital Attendance: Mobile check-in/check-out, geolocation-based attendance, and workforce tracking.

Business Process Automation: Understanding client requirements, configuring workflows, demonstrating solutions, and supporting implementations.





Who are we looking for?

- 1–3 years of experience in Finance Operations, Travel & Expense Management, HR Operations, Payroll, ERP, or Business Applications.
- Practical understanding of employee expense claims, cash advances, reimbursement processes, or HR workflows.
- Solid analytical skills and the ability to understand business policies and translate them into system configurations.
- Excellent spoken and written English, strong presentation skills, and confidence in interacting directly with clients.
- Familiarity with SAP Concur, Zoho Expense, Expensify, ERPNext, Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar business applications would be an advantage.
- Interest in banking integrations, corporate payment cards, automation, and digital transformation.

What will you actually do? You'll engage with clients, understand their existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement, configure DigiNexa to meet their requirements, conduct demonstrations, train users, and support successful implementations.

You don't need to be a programmer.

But you should be comfortable talking to finance managers, HR teams, and business leaders—and helping them translate operational challenges into practical solutions.
