Role & responsibilities

- Review and compare hotel pricing information from partner feeds with prices available on booking websites.

- Identify match/mismatch cases based on pricing accuracy.

- Verify base rates, taxes, fees, number of adults, itinerary details and stay duration.

- Ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned daily work.

- Identify and escalate discrepancies and priority issues.

- Follow defined processes, system updates and quality guidelines.

- Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail while handling large volumes of data.

- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any stream.

- Freshers and candidates with 02 years of experience can apply.

- Good logical reasoning and basic arithmetic/percentage calculation skills.

- Good attention to detail and accuracy.





- Basic written English and email-writing skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Positive, adaptable and team-oriented approach.

- Ability to work effectively in a process-driven environment.

- Must be flexible to work in 247 rotational shifts.

- Candidates from Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida and Faridabad preferred.
