We are looking for an experienced and responsible Manager –

- Accounts &
- Taxation with 1-2 years of relevant experience in a CA Firm, Tax Consultancy, or Professional Services Firm.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and client management. The candidate will be responsible for independently managing multiple client assignments, reviewing accounting and compliance work, coordinating with clients and professionals, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee end-to-end accounting and taxation activities for multiple clients.
- Review and maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, journals, and financial records.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Handle complete GST compliance, including registration, return filing, reconciliation, notices, assessments, and audits.
- Manage Income Tax compliance, including ITR preparation, tax computations, assessments, notices, and related documentation.
- Ensure timely TDS return filing, reconciliation, and compliance.
- Coordinate and assist in statutory audits, tax audits, GST audits, and assessments.
- Review bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Handle accounting and taxation queries raised by clients and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, banks, government authorities, and other professional stakeholders.
- Monitor statutory compliance calendars and ensure all filings are completed within prescribed timelines.
- Supervise and review the work of junior accounting and taxation team members.
- Allocate assignments, monitor deliverables, and ensure accuracy and timely completion of client work.
- Identify accounting, taxation, and compliance issues and recommend corrective measures.
- Assist clients with accounting, taxation, compliance,



and financial advisory requirements.
- Support management in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business reporting.
- Stay updated with changes in GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and other applicable regulations.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting systems, and compliance practices.
