- Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements and maintain an updated vacancy tracker.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, selection coordination, salary negotiation, and offer release.
- Ensure timely closure of approved vacancies, especially for critical hospital departments such as Nursing, ICU, OT, Cath Lab, Billing, and Medical Administration.
- Coordinate manpower requisitions and obtain necessary approvals before initiating recruitment.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, interview feedback, offer status, joining reports, and recruitment MIS.
- Coordinate pre-employment documentation, background verification, and joining formalities.
- Monitor recruitment turnaround time, offer acceptance, and joining ratios.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
