Role Overview As Assistant Manager – School Relations, you will be the face of NSF’s assessment initiatives in Hyderabad. You’ll drive strategic outreach, build trusted relationships with school leadership, and lead the adoption of our Competency-Based Assessment solutions across premium private schools.

Key Responsibilities Partnership Development ● Build and nurture long-term relationships with school principals, academic coordinators, and decision-makers. ● Customize assessment solutions to meet school-specific needs. ● Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements with transparency and professionalism.

Strategic

Sales & Outreach ● Find and connect with premium private schools in Hyderabad that share NSF's mission. ● Plan and carry out local outreach to help more schools start using Competency-Based Assessments. ● Represent NSF at education forums,



school leadership events, and academic conferences. Pipeline & Performance Management ● Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools. ● Track and report KPIs including lead conversion, retention, and revenue growth. ● Provide market insights and feedback to internal teams for continuous Improvement. Collaboration & Thought Leadership ● Work closely with NSF’s academic and operations teams to align offerings with school expectations. ● Contribute to marketing campaigns, case studies, and success stories.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 per month
