What are we looking for?

We are looking for an exceptional professional to join our Bancassurance team as an AVP. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving bancassurance growth and profitability for RBL Bank. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the bancassurance space, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

The AVP will be responsible for developing and executing bancassurance strategies, managing a team, and driving business results. The candidate should be a strategic thinker, a team player, and a customer-centric professional with a passion for bancassurance.

What does the job entail?

- Develop and implement bancassurance strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion

- Lead bancassurance teams to achieve sales targets and enhance customer engagement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch current bancassurance products and services

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for bancassurance business

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders,



including customers, distributors, and partners

- Design and implement bancassurance training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform bancassurance business decisions

- Develop and manage bancassurance budgets and forecasts to ensure business sustainability

- Identify and mitigate risks associated with bancassurance business operations

- Develop and maintain bancassurance industry knowledge and expertise to stay ahead of competitors
