- Role: Assistant Transport Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day employee transportation operations
- Ensure smooth and efficient cab/transport services
- Coordinate with transport vendors and internal stakeholders
- Monitor routing, fleet utilization, and service quality
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Track transport-related MIS, compliance, and operational metrics
- Drive process improvements and cost optimization

- Experience in Employee Transportation / Transport Operations
- Strong vendor & stakeholder management skills
- Positive knowledge of transport operations, routing & fleet management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage operational escalations effectively
