Amity Global Business School (AGBS), Noida is looking to appoint an accomplished and academically driven Assistant Professor – Operations Management to join its faculty team.

We are looking for a passionate academician with strong expertise in Operations Management, who can contribute to teaching, research, student mentoring, and industry-oriented academic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and application-oriented courses in Operations Management and related areas.
- Develop and deliver high-quality lectures, case studies, simulations, and experiential learning activities.
- Mentor students on academic, research, and career-related aspects.
- Contribute to curriculum development, academic initiatives, and institutional activities.
- Undertake quality research and publish papers in UGC/Scopus/Web of Science-indexed journals and reputed conferences.
- Guide student projects, dissertations, and research work.
- Establish and strengthen industry-academia engagement in the area of Operations Management.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, conferences, FDPs, and other academic activities.

Eligibility & Desired Profile

- Ph.D. in Operations Management is mandatory.
- Master's degree in Management/Business Administration or a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
- Solid academic background with demonstrated expertise in Operations Management.




- Prior teaching experience at a reputed university/business school will be preferred.
- Candidates with quality research publications in reputed journals will have an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of contemporary Operations Management practices, tools, and industry applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, classroom management, and student mentoring skills.
- Candidates with relevant industry exposure or consulting experience in operations/supply chain/process management will be preferred.
