Minimum Qualifications & Experience

- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering / relevant discipline from a recognized university.
- Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a relevant specialization will be preferred, especially for Associate Professor and Professor positions.
- Relevant teaching, research, or industry experience as per the position applied for.
- Strong academic record; publications in peer-reviewed journals will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should meet UGC/AICTE norms, as applicable.

Key Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Electrical Engineering and related areas.
- Develop and revise curriculum in line with current industry requirements, technological advancements, and academic developments.
- Guide students in research, dissertations, projects, internships, and academic activities.
- Engage in independent and cooperative research and publish research papers in reputed journals and conferences.
- Mentor students for their academic, professional, and career development.
- Conduct and participate in seminars, workshops, conferences, guest lectures, technical events, and faculty development programmes.
- Contribute to departmental development, academic planning, laboratory development, and interdisciplinary initiatives.
- Participate in university and departmental committees and other institutional responsibilities.
- Support students in practical learning, industry exposure, technical projects, and hands-on laboratory activities.





Desirable Qualifications & Skills
- Specialization in areas such as Power Systems, Power Electronics, Electrical Machines, Control Systems, Renewable Energy, Smart Grids, Electrical Drives, High Voltage Engineering, Energy Systems, Instrumentation, or related fields.
- Knowledge of current electrical engineering technologies, renewable energy systems, smart grid technologies, energy management, and industry practices.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software, simulation tools, and up-to-date teaching and learning technologies will be an added advantage.
- Experience in creating e-learning content, digital course material, and practical/technical learning resources.
- Strong research, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to interdisciplinary academic and research initiatives.
- Industry exposure and professional experience in power, energy, electrical systems, automation, manufacturing, or related sectors will be an advantage.

Pay Scale ₹30,000 – ₹70,000 per month, commensurate with qualifications, experience, and position applied for.
