Job Summary

Vikas Rubbers is looking for a responsible and motivated Assistant Production Supervisor to support daily production activities, supervise workers, monitor production targets, and ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in supervising daily production activities.
- Monitor production targets, quality and productivity.
- Coordinate and allocate work among production workers.
- Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage.
- Monitor production processes and report issues promptly.
- Ensure workers follow safety procedures and company standards.
- Maintain production records and reports.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality and other departments.
- Support the Production Supervisor in smooth shop-floor operations.
- Maintain discipline, housekeeping and proper workflow.





Qualification

- Degree in Polymer Technology, B.Tech in Mechanical, Production or a related field.
- Experience in the rubber/polymer manufacturing field is preferred.
- Candidates with relevant production experience will be given preference.

Required Skills

- Good communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of production processes
- Problem-solving ability
- Team-handling skills
- Basic computer/MS Excel knowledge
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing workplace
