Role Description The Assistant Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for supporting the end-to-end production operations of parking systems and related infrastructure. This role involves planning daily production schedules, coordinating with design, procurement, and installation teams, and ensuring timely completion of manufacturing activities as per project requirements and quality standards.

The Assistant Production

Manager monitors resource utilization, supervises shop-floor activities, tracks inventory and materials, and assists in implementing process improvements and automation initiatives. The role includes maintaining safety and compliance,



preparing production reports, resolving operational issues, and supporting vendor and contractor coordination.

Manager works closely with senior management to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and within budget.

Qualifications

- Strong production planning and coordination skills, including the ability to schedule and monitor manufacturing activities and manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes, mechanical or electrical systems, and basic understanding of automation or engineering principles relevant to parking infrastructure.
- Experience with quality assurance practices, safety standards, and compliance procedures in a production or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and basic production management or ERP tools for reporting, documentation, and data analysis.
- Effective communication, team collaboration, and stakeholder management skills to work with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Robust problem-solving and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting timelines and performance targets.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Prior experience in manufacturing, infrastructure, or engineering projects, preferably in automotive, parking systems, or related sectors, is an advantage.
