Job Opportunity: Assistant Manager Costing (Oil Division)

Location: Mumbai

Budget: 25 LPA – 30 LPA

Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA / ICWA)

Experience: 4 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in Plant Finance, Factory Controlling, or Costing within a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Costing & BOM Evaluation: Drive standard costing, actual costing, and bill of materials (BOM) evaluations for both standard and customized product lines.
- Variance & Overhead Analysis: Perform month-end cost closing activities; analyze material usage variances, purchase price variances (PPV), yield losses, and manufacturing overheads.
- SAP FICO & COPA Management: Manage SAP Controlling (CO) and Profitability Analysis (COPA) modules to generate accurate division-wise, product-wise,



and customer-wise profitability reports.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes for plant operations, overheads, and production costs.
- Inventory & Valuation Oversight: Oversee raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory valuation, stock audits, and scrap accounting in alignment with accounting standards.
- Executive Reporting: Prepare executive dashboards, cost sheets, and monthly management accounting packages using Power BI and Advanced Excel.
