ASSISTANT MANAGER – TECHNICAL SALES & CUSTOMER SUCCESS

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - Technical Sales & Customer Success to manage RFQ activities, lead current project execution, and ensure seamless coordination between customers and internal teams.

The role involves handling customer requirements, project planning, technical-commercial discussions, and driving successful project implementation while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage end-to-end RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes from receipt to submission.
- Review customer specifications and coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial proposals.
- Lead new project management activities from project initiation to successful commercialization.
- Act as the primary interface between customers and cross-functional teams including R&D;, Production, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication, issue resolution, and project management.
- Prepare project status reports,



RFQ trackers, and management presentations.
- Coordinate sample development, testing, approvals, and product launch activities.
- Drive continuous improvement in customer engagement and project execution processes.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 7 to 12 years of experience in Technical Sales, Customer Success, Key Account Management, Project Management, or Application Engineering.
- Experience handling RFQs and customer-driven development projects.
- Exposure to manufacturing, chemicals, paints, coatings, industrial products, or B2B industries preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
