As Assistant Manager Industrial Structural Design, you will lead structural design delivery for major industrial projects, coordinate with clients, and ensure highquality engineering output across steel, RCC, and PEB systems.
Key responsibilities shall include
- Client coordination to understand technical requirements and project objectives.
- Structural design of industrial RCC & steel structures as per IS and international codes.
- PEB design using STAAD Pro with focus on optimization and codal compliance.
- Detailed material estimation for steel and RCC structures.
- Provide technical inputs to drafting teams; ensure accurate drawings and detailing.
- Review drawings, manage client comments, incorporate revisions, and release final deliverables.
Preferred candidate profile
- Solid knowledge of industrial structural design (RCC steel).
- Proficiency in STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, and PEB design methodologies.
- Understanding of coldformed steel design and steel connection design.
- Familiarity with relevant Indian & international standards.
- Experience in client interaction preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 years
- Qualifications:
- Salary: 3.0 lakh to 7.0 lakh per annum (based on capability, experience, and performance).
- 36 encashable leaves per year (Subject to change every year)
- Performance incentive based on both company performance and individual performance.
- No deductions from salary except statutory taxes as applicable.
