Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Assistant Manager to manage and monitor B2C and D2C logistics operations, client coordination, and delivery performance. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients and internal operations teams, monitoring key performance metrics, resolving escalations, and ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor day-to-day B2C and D2C logistics operations.
- Coordinate with e-commerce clients, D2C brands, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment movement and timely deliveries.
- Monitor shipment volumes, delivery performance, RTO, SLA adherence, and other operational KPIs.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports using MS Excel.
- Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Coordinate with last-mile operations teams to improve delivery efficiency and service quality.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and performance.
- Manage client communication, relationship coordination, and service requirements.




- Support new client onboarding and ensure smooth implementation of logistics processes.
- Track performance against targets and share regular updates with management.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, client requirements, and operational standards.
- Guide team members and coordinate cross-functional activities to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, or last-mile operations.
- Positive understanding of B2C and D2C logistics and e-commerce delivery processes.
- Strong knowledge of shipment tracking, delivery metrics, RTO, and SLA management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, operational reporting, and data analysis.
- Strong communication, client management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle escalations, manage multiple priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in team coordination or team management is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates from logistics companies, courier services, e-commerce platforms, or D2C brands with experience in logistics operations and client coordination will be preferred.
