Key Responsibilities

- Vendor Development & Sourcing:

- Identify, audit, and onboard new mechanical and fabrication vendors (sheet metal, casting, aluminium extrusion, and hardware components).

- Evaluate vendor manufacturing capabilities, machinery, labor strength, and quality systems.

- Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and capacity commitments in coordination with the purchase/procurement team.

- Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC):

- Establish Incoming, In-process, and Pre-dispatch Quality Inspection plans (IQC, IPQC, OQC).

- Conduct regular field and on-site visits to vendor facilities for sample approvals and process audits.

- Enforce compliance with international export quality standards, dimensions, surface finishes, and material grades (e.g., aluminium alloys, stainless steel, brass).

- Root-cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive action planning (CAPA) for customer complaints or rejected batches. [1, 2, 3]

- Cross-Functional Coordination:





- Work closely with the Design and Engineering teams (SolidWorks/AutoCAD specs) to ensure vendors understand technical drawings and bill of materials (BOM).

- Coordinate with Logistics and Dispatch to ensure timely material delivery from vendor units to the main facility or export warehouse.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
