Role & responsibilities -
Robust exposure to greenfield project execution, EPC/contractor management, RCC and structural works, foundations, industrial buildings, infrastructure, BOQ/quantity management, project planning and site execution. Experience in a large manufacturing or process-industry project environment will be highly preferred.
- Support end-to-end execution of civil projects from engineering, design and procurement through construction, completion and handover.
- Manage execution of assigned civil project packages in accordance with approved scope, drawings, specifications, budget and schedule.
- Coordinate execution of industrial buildings, foundations, RCC structures, structural steel, flooring, roads, drainage and other plant infrastructure.
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, civil contractors, structural contractors, consultants and construction agencies.
