As the Assistant Manager Procurement for Bellavita, you will be responsible for:

- Packaging Procurement: Lead procurement of Glass bottles, jars, caps, pumps, tubes, cartons, labels, mono cartons, corrugated boxes and other packaging materials.

- Strategic Sourcing: Identify cost-saving, localization and alternate sourcing opportunities while building a strong supplier base.

- Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, onboard and manage suppliers, ensuring strong quality, cost, capacity and delivery performance.

- Cost Optimization: Drive savings through negotiations, benchmarking, value engineering, shouldcosting and alternate sourcing.

- NPD Procurement: Partner with NPD, R&D;, Quality, Manufacturing and Marketing teams to support new product launches and commercialization.

- Finished Goods &
- Indirect Procurement: Oversee procurement of finished goods, Capex, MRO, services and other indirect categories, wherever applicable.

- Team Leadership: Lead and develop the procurement team, set KPIs and build category expertise.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with SCM, Finance, Manufacturing, Quality,



R&D;, NPD, Marketing and Warehouse teams to ensure timely supply.

- Governance &

- Risk Management: Ensure procurement compliance, contracts, POs, supplier risk management, business continuity, MIS and procurement analytics.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Relevant experience: 46 years in procurement, preferably in FMCG, Beauty &
- Personal Care, Consumer Goods, Pharma or Manufacturing.
- Procurement expertise: Strong experience in strategic sourcing, category management, packaging procurement and NPD procurement.
- Commercial & supplier management: Robust negotiation, costing, benchmarking, supplier development and vendor performance management skills.
- Analytical & systems skills: Strong market intelligence and analytical skills, with proficiency in ERP / SAP and advanced Excel.
- Education & leadership: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- MBA / PGDM is an advantage. Proven experience in leading and developing procurement teams.
