Role: AM/DM –Talent Development (Projects) – Deloitte India

Qualification: Postgraduate and/or relevant certifications

Experience: 4-8 years of relevant experience in the areas of learning, development and OD preferred

Key Responsibilities: S/he will be responsible for:

1. Create and program manage learning journeys, based on business-specific training needs and firm-wide learning strategy
2. Manage PMO for the Skill Badges program – badging administration, process ownership, track & manage automation requirements, publish dashboards / reporting on PowerBI
3. Tracking of Training Efficacy metrics, creating learning reports/dashboards, facilitate improvement initiatives .to enhance training efficacy and program adoption
4. Drive the Learning agenda by creating a L&D; Communications calendars and leveraging e-mailers, publishing reports, Power BI tool, HIVE, online Deloitte sites, etc.

5. LMS administration

Key skillsets: Data management & analysis, Data Analytics tools, Program Management & Execution skills, Awareness of Digital design skills/tools, Collaboration, Learning agility, Stakeholder management, Influencing and Communication.
